Customer Service Representative

BAFTAN is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily customer communication, sales inquiries, order coordination, and client satisfaction.

The role is ideal for someone who is polite, organized, confident in communication, and able to represent the BAFTAN brand with a premium and respectful service mindset. The selected candidate will respond to customer questions, guide clients about products, manage complaints professionally, coordinate with the team, and help create a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Responding to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person communication
Providing clear information about BAFTAN products, prices, availability, and services
Handling customer complaints with patience and professionalism
Supporting order follow-up, delivery coordination, and customer feedback
Maintaining accurate customer records and daily communication updates
Coordinating with sales, design, and operations teams when needed
Creating a positive, trustworthy, and premium customer experience
