Human Resources & Administration Officer
Job Details
- Support recruitment activities including job announcements, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance sheets, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new staff and preparing employee files.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave information.
- Coordinate office administration, supplies, logistics, and internal communication.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, reports, and administrative documents.
- Ensure staff documents are properly filed, updated, and confidential.
- Support management with daily administrative follow-up and reporting.
- Communicate professionally with staff, candidates, suppliers, and visitors.
- Follow company policies, HR procedures, and administrative standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or administration experience.
- Good understanding of recruitment, documentation, attendance tracking, and office administration.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Excellent communication skills in Dari and Pashto; English is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Positive attitude, professional behavior, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines.
