Digital Marketing & Social Media Officer

- Manage daily social media activities across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule professional content, captions, announcements, and promotional posts.
- Support digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
- Coordinate with design teams or use basic design tools to prepare social media visuals.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement professionally.
- Track campaign performance and prepare simple weekly reports.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and content opportunities.
- Support website content updates, job promotion posts, and employer visibility campaigns.
- Write clear and professional copy for posts, announcements, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and online audience engagement.
- Good writing skills in Dari and Pashto; English writing is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, content planning, and digital campaign ideas.
- Ability to create professional captions and simple marketing messages.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with deadlines and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Understanding of Afghan online audiences and local business communication style.
- Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
